Malema told the church that it must not be silent about the killings of women in South Africa, he said the bishop should pray in earnestness and sincerity to deliver the country from such sins.
“Bishop, I am speaking on women and the current predicament they find themselves in because the church should not be silent on this matter.”
“They church should pray in earnestness and sincerity for what is going on, we have a problem, women are being killed, and men in SA have declared a war on our women.”
“We have even gained a bad reputation as a country. Women are killed senselessly.”
”I cannot imagine a country without women, it would be chaotic.”
“We need our women, they don’t need us, we cannot survive without them but they can.”
“We must never think we are doing women a favour, because they do us the favour.”

“The colonizer did not come to take your wife or husband, they took your land”.
“Even now, you cannot open your own business because you cannot afford rent on the land they claim to be theirs”.
“They do not want you to have the land because they do not want you to prosper.”
“But we were fighting for the land. People voted for the ANC because they were fighting for the land.”
“The founding principle of the revolution was the land because the land is everything.”

"We are grateful to the leadership of the church for welcoming us with warm arms."
