The Minister of Home Affairs Malusi Gigaba made a surprise visit to the Beitbridge port of entry in Musina Limpopo, Thursday.

The visit came as a result of a dereliction of duty by a Beitbridge port of entry official last week, who was found chatting on Facebook while checking the immigration documents.

“I have just arrived in Musina Limpopo for a surprise visit at the Beitbridge Boarder Post.”

The Minister met with the supervisors on duty and was taken around by the port manager, who also told him about the equipments that were not functioning in the center.
