THE BEASTS OF HOUSE MUSIC: Tempo the kreator and Nare Illmatic the saint.
ARTIST: ENDANGERED SPEECES
SONG: SWEETEST TABOO (REMIX)
Maleka Charles
I wanted to capture the excitement of house music, almost like four-four beat, and the best way to do that was to listen to a recent song by the The Endangered Speeces called Sweetest taboo, a song that you will definitely find Excitingly rhythmic and performative.
The song is magically meant to swift people back to times, when Sade was the best thing in the world of R&B and soul, when people like us used to court with ladies using love letters and some cut and paste poems to win their hearts.
The crew has gone quite a few miles to create a balance between what is dubbed a soul R&B and jazz house, this is evident in this reworked song by Sade, Sweetest taboo.
The song contains the elements of soul and percussion for some lunatic afro vibe and a little touch of jazz, more like your Michael Watford, Wood, Brass & Steel and Francois K.
“The inspiration come from the fact that we wanted people to relive their memories and add a modern flavour to engage the new generation.” Said Nare Illmatic.
The song will be available on Soundcloud, reverbnation, and datafile host.
“Due to sample clearance issue it'll be available on Soundcloud, reverbnation, datafilehost, YouTube etc. It will be made available as soon as we see the reception at clubs.” He said.

The song will be released exclusively to the Amapiano Djs in Alexandra, North of Joburg and be played in some clubs around Joburg soon.
Even though i personally don't like the reworked voice of Sade, i believe it would have been best had they kept her voice original.
Nonetheless i don't mind recommending this single to friends and some party puppers, if you like Dj Monde and Frankie Feliciano, you will definitely love this one.
